Culinary Institute of America – School Info & Review

The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is one of the highest rated culinary schools on the planet. It was founded in 1946 and has over 50 years of experience in training top notch chefs. All three winners of Season 1 through 3 of the hit show “Top Chef” were graduates of the Culinary Institute of America.

Though the enrollment fees are quite steep at over $30,000 per student, much of this fee is actually funneled back into the program in the form of state of the art equipment and world class instructors.
